Refund policy

Pelé Skinn LLC. processing timeframe is 7-10 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation when your order is scanned at the post office. Please also note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, and shipping time.

Discount Codes:

Discount codes are not stackable unless stated before "sale" to occur. discount codes also cannot be applied after the order has been placed, Please check to make sure you have the code applied before purchase is made, codes should never be shared.

Return/exchange policy:

I do not offer returns or exchanges of products. If your product is damaged, please contact us at info@peleskinn.com within 72 hours of delivery. Emails will need to include the following information: order number, a description of damage, and pictures to verify. If it is decided that your product is damaged, a refund or replacement will be sent at the discretion of the buyer. If your product is deemed to not be damaged (at the discretion of seller) you will not receive replacement or refund. **Damaged product(s) do not include air spaces that are normal or slight color difference as these are handmade products and differences will occur if your product contains mica or glitter.

Lost or damaged package:

Orders that are marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. I cannot refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You will need to contact the carrier to inquire about your missing package. Please double check your address before purchase. A package with an incorrect address may be returned to sender by carrier. I check returned packages once a month. Buyer will be refunded when the package returns to sender. We will not offer "reshipping" on returned packages you will have to place the order again.

Handmade nature of items:

Please be aware that all items on the site are handmade. Due to this, products may slightly differ from each other, items may differ slightly in color due to Mica or Glitter if those items were purchased.
